The club combines indoor and outdoor training, a full contrast therapy circuit, and on-site physical and manual therapy. SPX laid out a strength floor with Hammer Strength, Arsenal, Pit Shark, Woodway, Glute Builder and Eleiko, planned around how members move through a session, not how the room photographs.

The founders of Promix wanted a members club that people who take training seriously would actually use, with the equipment, recovery and therapy under one roof.
The building had to hold a lot: a heavy strength floor, cardio, a boxing zone, locker rooms, a wet recovery circuit and therapy rooms, spread across a ground floor and a mezzanine. Each zone had to work at peak hours without members crossing paths or waiting on equipment.
SPX planned the layout around how members actually train. Indoor and outdoor zones connect, so the first decision is simply inside or outside. We sized the strength floor around the plate-loaded and selectorized lines, set the dumbbell and kettlebell storage where lifters need it, and selected finishes that match the club's warm, dark palette.
