Maybourne wanted the gym inside its new longevity club to match the level of The Emory and Rémi Tessier's interiors.
A basement gym and studio with limited ceiling height, serving a club of around 100 members who expect space and attention every visit.
SPX specified the equipment and layout for the gym and the studio, then worked through quotes, finishes and branding until the schedule was final.

Surrenne opened in spring 2024, and its roughly 100 memberships sold in about eight weeks.
